Straight answer: CNIC lookup doesn't exist
LESCO's official bill portal has no CNIC search. The form takes a 14-digit reference number or a 10-digit Customer ID — that's it. Any page promising "LESCO bill check by CNIC" and then showing a bill is not doing what it claims.
The reason is structural: one CNIC can own several connections (house, shop, factory), so a CNIC alone can't point to a single bill.
All you have is your CNIC? Do this
1
Search old records first — the reference number is on every old bill, every bank/wallet payment receipt, and in payment SMS history under "LESCO".
2
Visit your LESCO sub-division office with your original CNIC. Staff can find your connection and hand you the reference number.
3
Call helpline 118 for directions to the right office or complaint cell.
4
Save it permanently. The number never changes — put it in your phone notes and the CNIC question never comes up again.
Guard your numbers
Because lookup runs on the reference number rather than CNIC, anyone with your reference number can view your bill. Share it only with people who pay it, and think twice before typing your CNIC plus reference number into the same unknown website.
